30g Coffee / 500g Water (1:16.6)
Water Temp:
205°F / 96°C (just off the boil)
Instructions
Quick Steps:
1. Add coffee. 2. Bloom 30s. 3. Add rest of water. 4. At 4:00, gently
break the crust
