  • Grind: Coarse (looks like pretzel salt)
  • Ratio: 30g Coffee / 500g Water (1:16.6)
  • Water Temp: 205°F / 96°C (just off the boil)

Instructions

  • Quick Steps: 1. Add coffee. 2. Bloom 30s. 3. Add rest of water. 4. At 4:00, gently break the crust (see hack #1). 5. Plunge & serve.
